Following an initial assessment aimed at identifying a learner's strengths, needs, and preferred learning strategies, we pair a learner with a tutor or instructor whose approach to teaching compliments the learner's academic needs and style of learning. Finally, we develop an individualized learning plan, recommend the appropriate materials, and provide the tutorial support and feedback required to fulfill the learning plan.
